Park Rules & Regulations

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • ​Check out time is 11:00 am. Check-in time is anytime if a space is available.

  • Office hours are 8 to 5 for weekdays, weekends and holidays are 9 to 5 

  • Use of the laundry, reading nook, and pool table are available during office hours.

  • Bathrooms/showers are located on the East and North sides of the clubhouse. Please be kind and leave shower areas clean for the next tenant.

  • Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am daily. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. During all other hours, please remember to be kind to your neighbor and keep unnecessary noise to a minimum

  • Non-resident showers are $2.00 each.

  • All Cielo Vista sites rented for a month are on a “month to month” basis.

  • $200 deposit must be made, for electricity for monthly tenants.

 

RESTRICTIONS

  • Only one RV, 2 vehicles and 1 UTV or golf cart are permitted per site unless an exception is pre-approved by Cielo Vista Park Management. Please ask.

  • At no time may more than one RV be plugged into electric at a time, and only one RV may be occupied at a time.

  • Vehicles must be in good running condition and legally tagged. 

  • Tents are not permitted.

  • A maximum of eight (8) persons allowed per RV site. Extra Charge for more than 4.

  • Please do not drive, park, or walk-through other sites, occupied or not. Proper RV Park etiquette is expected to be practiced by all.

  • Please do not place BBQ grills or other flammable objects on picnic tables.

  • All visitors must register at the office.  Guests and tenants are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.

  • PARENTS OR GUARDIANS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEIR CHILDREN.

  • Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in any of our facilities without an adult accompanying them. 

  • Walking or riding bikes through other guest/tenant’s sites is strictly prohibited.

  • Cielo Vista RV Park Reserves the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone. Guests and tenants who do not respect Park rules and policies may be asked to leave the Park with no refund.

SITE MAINTENANCE AND USAGE

  • Guests and tenants are responsible for keeping their sites clean, orderly, and free of trash.

  • No open campfires are allowed — propane firepits are allowed but must be always attended to when lit.

  • Furniture outside the RV is limited to the type which is intended for outdoor use. No large appliances allowed.

  • Potted plants, etc. may be allowed if site looks neat and uncluttered.

  • Tarp canopies or tarp wind blocks are not permitted.

  • No holes are to be drilled, and other modifications to site structures are not permitted.

  • Porches, decks, or other enclosures are not permitted without Management’s pre-approval.  Submit written requests to the on-duty staff. 

  • No outside clothes lines are to be used.

  • All our plumbing and water lines are buried. Please do not dig at your site without first checking with Management. This includes putting stakes in the ground and planting trees. If stakes are needed for your satellite dish, please limit stake length to 4” If you contract to have a land line run to your site, please check with the office first.

  • Washing of vehicles, boats, is not allowed in the Park. If a resident hires a vendor to shampoo their carpet, it is the resident’s responsibility to ensure that the vendor is equipped with their own water supply and equipment.

  • If your RV needs a major repair that can only be completed onsite, please inform Park Management prior to the repairs taking place.  When possible, 24-hour advance notice is appreciated. 

PETS

  • Well-behaved pets are welcome, limited to 2 pets per site unless otherwise approved by park management

  • Pets must be kept on a leash of 6-ft or less when outside.

  • Please pick up after your pets immediately.

  • Do not leave your pet unattended or allow it off its leash while outside. Pets must remain on a leash while within park boundaries.

  • Portable pet pens are permitted when the RV owner is present with their pet. 

  • Excessive barking can be disturbing to other guests/tenants and will not be tolerated.

  • Animals are not allowed on other guest/tenant’s property or site without tenant’s approval.

  • Pets are not allowed in, or allowed to be carried in, the clubhouse, laundry, or shower rooms.

  • Aggressive animals are not allowed. Cielo Vista Management reserves full right to determine whether an animal is aggressive and to admit or reject any animal based on our determination.

  • Guests and tenants must comply with all pet rules and accept full liability for pet actions. Cielo Vista RV Park is not liable for the actions of guests or tenants’ pets.

UTVs and Golf Carts

  • UTVs and golf carts are welcome in the park. Be sure to review the city and state’s OHV Ordinances. If you bring a UTV or golf cart for use in the park, you will be required to sign a liability waiver. 

INTERNET and SATALITE/CABLE SERVICE

  • Cielo Vista does not have Internet, Wi-Fi, cable, or satellite services. Guests and tenants are responsible for obtaining or providing their own Internet, Wi-Fi, cable, or satellite services.  

LATE PAYMENTS

  • A late fee of $25.00 will automatically be added to all rent/electric payments received 5 days after the due date. An additional fee of $5 per day will be charged beginning on the 6th day.

  • If any tenant is in arrears more than 90 days on rent, Cielo Vista owner reserves the right to notify the tenant by certified mail that the vehicle is to be considered abandoned, and to be sold off to the highest bidder.

Cielo Vista is privately owned. All guests and tenants accept and understand that they release Cielo Vista, its officers, employees, and Management of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury arising out of the guests and/or tenants use of Cielo Vista. Guests and tenants agree to indemnify Cielo Vista, its officers, employees, and Management against all claims.
